These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VEB Transfer platform, operated by AppCroNix Infotech Private Limited, doing business as VEB Transfer (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Description
VEB Transfer provides an online file transfer and storage service that allows users to upload, store, and share files, subject to plan-based limitations published at https://vebtransfer.com/plan
File size limits, retention periods, bandwidth, and feature availability depend on the selected plan and may change from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using the service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
• All content you upload, transmit, or share
• Ensuring you have all legal rights to the content
• Maintaining the confidentiality of shared links
• Any consequences arising from file access by third parties
VEB Transfer does not monitor content proactively and does not assume ownership of uploaded files.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:
• Is illegal, unlawful, or prohibited by applicable laws
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Infringes intellectual property or copyright
• Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code
• Facilitates fraud, phishing, scams, or impersonation
• Violates privacy or data protection laws
• Promotes terrorism, violence, or hate
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
5. File Availability & Deletion
• Files are stored temporarily based on plan limits
• Files may be automatically deleted after expiry
• Deleted or expired files cannot be recovered
• We are not responsible for accidental deletion, corruption, or loss
You are responsible for maintaining backups.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are governed by pricing and limits published at https://vebtransfer.com/plan
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may modify pricing or plans with prior notice
• Abuse or misuse voids refund eligibility
7. Service Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
• Uptime or uninterrupted service
• File delivery or download success
• Data integrity or long-term availability
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months or INR 1000, whichever is lower
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:
• For violations of these Terms
• For legal compliance
• For operational or security reasons
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
